Karen started Commercial Investment Solutions, LLC seeking to offer
a full scope of Real Estate Services. Those services include Investment
Opportunity Analysis, Business Sales & Acquisitions, Project Management & Development and Commercial & Residential Brokerage. Karen's emphasis is in Investment Brokering in areas of Senior Housing and Healthcare. As an active real estate investor
herself both in and outside of Colorado, she brings an in-depth understanding
of the investment property value proposition to investors and investor groups within the investment property arena.
A Midwest native who has adventure traveled throughout many parts of the USA and the world, Karen brings an adventurous, yet strong work ethic with over 30 years of financial, product and business management experience in sales promotion, educational development and project coordination in the Healthcare Industry. For the past 20 years, has owned and operated a nationwide business promoting products and services to hospitals and healthcare distributors in the healthcare Industry.
Karen is expanding her healthcare background with
investment and real estate opportunities to healthcare groups and other
large and small medical organizations. In addition to healthcare, she is looking forward to offering real estate investment and brokerage services in multi-family housing for senior care including independent and assisted/skilled care.
Her passion to create, preserve and maintain wealth for clients through
opportunities in healthcare and senior housing real estate development and
brokerage is grounded with a degree in Architectural Technology and numerous certificates in construction, drafting and real estate investment analysis.
Karen also holds a Masters and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business
Administration, and is a Certified Business Immediary. She is currently pursuing the CCIM (Certified Commercial
Investment Member) designation.
